Volunteer: UWOC Day of Caring 2025

We are excited to share details of our upcoming Day of Caring! 

Day of Caring is a great opportunity to join others to make a difference right here in our community. United Way of Orange County started this initiative in order to bring individuals together to complete special projects which will allow nonprofits to better serve their clients. Our Day of Caring is a great way to give back!

It’s set for Friday, September 12, 2025.  We will meet at the Dow Business Center (2601 Irving St. Orange, TX 77630) at 7:45 a.m. for a light breakfast and photos (a large group photo of ALL participants AND photos of each participating team.)  Once the general assembly completes teams will disburse to their assigned project worksites.  Projects should wrap up by lunchtime.  Teams will be assigned a Day of Caring project based on team size and project scope of work.  There is a potential that your team may be divided into smaller teams, if necessary. 

To sign up, you will need to complete the online registration form or team form.  Please do not forget to add each team members shirt size, team name and email address.  REGISTRATION MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN JULY 31, 2025.
