Earth Day 2025 Day of Caring Volunteer Event in the West Port Arthur Community Garden. T-shirts will be provided while supplies last.
The morning event will begin at 9AM and end with lunch around noon. During the morning teams will:
- add new soil to the raised bed
- pressure wash sidewalks
- plant trees
The afternoon event is 1PM - 3PM with lunch prior at noon. During the teams will work with Team Leaders to:
- plant summer vegetables in community beds
- kid activity stations
This event is a United Way of Mid & South Jefferson County Volunteer event that will provide fresh produce for the community all summer. Call the United Way MSJC if you have any questions.
